Entrepreneurship for All

Entrepreneurship shouldn’t be understood merely as skill to open a business. More than that, entrepreneurship should be known as the momentum to change the mindset, culture and mindset of social change.

The basic principles of entrepreneurship are how to construct a solid character, creative, innovative, smart, independent, effective and ready to take advantage of opportunities or resources. Therefore, with all the broad sense, the development of entrepreneurship must be across the area, not only a business.

There are various reasons to claim that entrepreneurship is for everybody.

First, everybody has ideas, dreams, or at least hope to improve the quality of life because of human beings. This is a kind of “instinct ” that drives people to do the job. This “instinct ” is correlated with one of the potentials of humankind, the power of creative imagination.

People are creatures of God that have been awarded the creative imagination so that they can use it to think. That idea can be made to the past, current, and future. By believing, they can seek answers to important questions, such as: Where I come from? Where am I right now? Where I’m going? And what shall I pass on to the world?

The past, current, and future are related to the power of our imagination. In those days, all of the obstacles, hardship, and incredibly rewarding life blended into one. Therefore, if Poppy King, the young entrepreneurs from Australia, said that the three things an entrepreneur face in almost any area; it implies that entrepreneurship is for everybody. There are not any people on this earth who have never faced obstacles and difficulties to achieve their ideals and fantasies.

Secondly, entrepreneurship is basically for everybody, because it can be heard. Peter F. Drucker wrote in Innovation and Entrepreneurship that, “Everybody who dares to take the decision, he learn to become entrepreneurs and act like entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship is the behaviour of personality, which lies in the concept and concept, not on instinct “. Behaviour, theories, and concepts can be heard by anybody. As long as we are eager to open our hearts and heads to learn, we’ve got the opportunity to be self-employment.

We should realise that learning is a continuous process, that doesn’t necessarily mean beginning and ending at a specific school or university, but it may be achieved for life, anywhere and anytime, therefore learning entrepreneurship can be carried out by anyone.

Third, the simple fact shows us the most successful entrepreneurs are human like other men and women. Sabeer Bhatia, an electronics entrepreneur who launches Hotmail.com on July 4, 1996, just realized this after he studied into Steve Jobs, the inventor of the personal computer, Apple. His consciousness left him confident when he put the price of his discovery for the U.S. $400 million into Bill Gates, Microsoft’s owners.

Fourth, success hints owned successful entrepreneurs is very simple. No requirement for an extraordinary man, but everybody can do it. The hints are driven by thoughts and fantasies, rely on creativity, believe in a real business, view problems as opportunities, pick the business based on their interest and hobby, beginning with a minimum investment, happy to try new things, constantly get up in the failure, and not rely on academic degrees.

Fifth, entrepreneurship drive people to direction; and direction is for everybody.

Bring in the new entrepreneurs are not simple; it is a lot easier to be said than done. Thus, there are some essential preparations regarding instruction, regulation, human resources and finance that are always an issue. New entrepreneurs can endure alone but in tiny numbers. We need integrated activities. Therefore we can create a capable and significant number of entrepreneurs.
